MouldForm foam can be manufactured at between 40 and 60 Density (density- kg/m³) by injecting into multidimensional moulds. Highly elastic, pliable and comfortable foam is manufactured by injecting specially formulised product into moulds. Because MouldForm foam is produced inside a foam mould, the final product comes out the desired shape and size and provides ease of use for manufacturers. Production with a mould reduces workmanship and inefficiency. The automotive industry uses MouldForm foams for car seats, while other preferred areas of use include medical products, pillows, office furniture and leather sitting groups.
